The little parakeet paintings are probably my favorites...along with those little button quails. We got to paint them from life while they puttered around and they were super super cute.*^*

April!
Currently in a watercolor/gouache class! While I was originally partial to gouache, I have begun to take a liking to watercolor, and maybe, even, (gasp!) the combination of both. Gouache alone is still my favorite, but here are some fruits of my labor from varying points in the semester (going from newest to oldest):

I walked into your class at the end of yesterday and saw all the birds! Where did they all come from?
They were my professor's! He owns all of the birds you saw (plus more which he didn't bring in).
The little birds are fantastic! I make such a mess when working with gouache... So kudos to your skills!
