Well, this is exciting! Some red/green things for a change, but I really need to start composing these better.

Color challenge!

I've been having a desaturation issue with my paintings, so this week my professor told me to stop using white. And then my other professor taught me a really cool method of setting up value before painting so this whole week was like WHOA REVELATIONS.

Gouache, 4 x6 inches, limited palette with no white.
